In this blog and video, I’ve got another delicious wild game recipe coming your way, panko encrusted wild turkey! It’s a fast, easy recipe that you can whip up in no time at all and one that the whole family will enjoy. Panko is a Japanese-style bread crumb that’s used in a wide variety of recipes, especially for seafood and chicken. Unlike regular bread crumbs, panko is made from bread without the crusts, which results in a lighter, crunchier texture that also doesn’t absorb as much grease. You can get panko at most any grocery store and it comes in a variety of seasonings. Again, I’m using it on wild turkey in this video, but it goes great on just about anything. So without further delay, let’s get cooking!
