You only need a few simple ingredients for this salmon dip recipe and you can make it fast…which is especially helpful if you’re running late to an event and don’t have time to prepare anything too complex.

Salmon Dip

  • 1 medium to large salmon fillet
  • Sour cream
  • Mayonnaise
  • Cream cheese
  • French onion soup/dip mix

Step #1 Bake a medium to large salmon fillet at medium-high heat (375 degrees) until flakey…generally 15 minutes or longer for thicker fillets.

Step #2 Flake salmon into a large mixing bowl while removing bones.

Step #3 Combine flaked salmon, French onion mix, and equal parts sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream cheese in a food processor. Or, mix by hand in a large bowl. Low-fat dairy ingredients can also be used as a healthier substitute.

Step #4 Let cool, serve and enjoy!
